Around 10,000 residents of Naucalpan, led by Mayor Isaac Montoya Marquez, set out early from various colonies to head with joy and enthusiasm towards the Zócalo of Mexico City, in response to the call from President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo to witness a historic event on the 7th anniversary of the 4T.
Right in the heart of Mexico City, the Naucalpan residents arrived with a "batucada" to join the river of people who marched from various points to reach the imposing and packed Zócalo, where the voices and joy of Mexicans who marched without hesitation to be part of this moment echoed.
This historic march, compared to the farewell of former President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, through the various access points to this Mexico City plaza, thousands of people demonstrated the strength of a country before the world.
Upon arriving at the capital's Zócalo, Montoya Marquez, with slogans in favor of the 4T Government and in support of the President of Mexico—the first in the history of the country and one of the most voted for—marched alongside neighbors from various communities in Naucalpan.
He emphasized that it is an honor to be with the best, a woman who embodies the transformation our country is undergoing.
He underlined, "We are part of 7 Years of Transformation in Mexico. We come freely and voluntarily, we join in the defense of democracy and freedoms, because we are governments that govern with the people and for the people."
After advancing towards the capital's Zócalo with the slogan "Claudia, listen! Naucalpan is in your struggle!", participating in this festive atmosphere, President Claudia Sheinbaum was heard recounting how the country has changed in seven years of transformation, highlighting the achievements reached since December 2018.
The various moments faced by the 4T movement were also highlighted.
Similarly, the 100 commitments that President Claudia Sheinbaum presented when she took office were also mentioned.
In this way, Mayor Isaac Montoya and the Naucalpan contingent experienced this festival at the Zócalo in gratitude and support for the great backing that the President of Mexico has given to Naucalpan during her term.
